Jimmy This terrible news hit me quite hard. The world is a sadder place without you in it buddy. It can be a daunting prospect starting a new job in a different city, but you made me feel like I’d known you for years on day one. Your laugh was infectious, your honesty was often brutal (but hilarious), and your sense of humour was wonderfully mischievous. Our work time together was relatively short, but every day was a joy thanks largely to you. It’s been both heartbreaking but hilarious reading back through some of our chats, and I’ve smiled, giggled and shed some tears in equal measure. My thoughts are with Helen and your family, and I hope they can take some solace in the fact that you were such a character and so loved by so many people. All the best x
